Yes. We provide you with a dedicated URL that can be added as a link to your existing website which will redirect the user to the Secure File Upload page.

 

How are files stored securely?

Files are stored in a dedicated Amazon S3 bucket.

 

Which file extensions are supported?

We don’t place any arbitrary file extension restrictions or limitations on the user. Common files extensions are .pdf, .doc, .xls, .xlsx, .txt, .csv, .png, .jpg.

 

Are there any file size limitations?

No. There are no arbitrary file-size restrictions or limitations on the user.

 

Are there any file storage limitations?

No. All uploaded files are removed after a defined retention period.

 

How will my agents be notified when a new file is submitted?

Agents will be notified by email when a new form is submitted. Additional workflows or integrations are available.

 

Are files encrypted?

Yes. Files during upload and download are encrypted with TLS in transit and encrypted at rest in the S3 bucket.
