Once the project has been approved, we will work with your team during weekly sprints to configure and launch your app!

Can I only purchase the PensionX App?
The PensionX App is a standalone product that can be purchased and used individually. You gain functionality and analytics when connected with the PensionX Portal and Web.
How does the PensionX App leverage my existing PAS data?
How configurable is PensionX App?
The App is highly configurable. During the onboarding process, we will work with your team to make sure that the app works with your current business processes and you are able to leverage all the features of interest. If your system requires additional displays and features, we can work with you through a sprint process to design, build, test, and deploy new features.
How long does it take to deploy?
3 - 6 months* depending on your system's needs.
How time-intensive is an App project to my team?
On average, about 1 - 3 hours a week. We schedule a weekly 1-hour sprint meeting to review, test, and update your team on the progress. The remainder of the time is used for communication and technical troubleshooting.
Does PensionX host the App or does my IT team have to manage the solution?
All PensionX products are fully hosted and supported. (probably a good place to add a link to infrastructure info when available).
What kind of product support can I expect?
App/System administrators can submit their feedback directly to support@pensionx.com and our team will work directly with you to establish a plan of action for addressing and resolving the reported issue. For any urgent, business-critical issues where you’re experiencing a loss of service or significant functionality, you can email emergency@pensionx.com for an immediate response.
What is the best way to inform our members about the new service available to them?
We will work with your team to build a comprehensive rollout campaign that will inform members of the new services available to them and encourage new registrations.
